I bought 4 sets of twinkle net lights from target and only one set is twinkling. They are all working just 3 aren’t twinkling. I feel like it’s highly unlikely that the manufacturer would mess up and put regular lights in a twinkle light box and I’d get 3 of them. Do they usually take a while to warm up or did I just really get screwed? Thanks
