SMC Reference code: PFM006 & PPN001

Hi, Macbook air had some water damage, SSD had corrosion, cleaned board with Isopropyl alcohol. Charger shows amber light and turns green. Replace the SSD. Getting the following error in OS X Catalina “USB Devices Disabled - unplug the device using too much power to re-enable USB devices.”. Ran Diagnostics and gave me the reference errors. I don’t know if its an actual SMC issue or if it is also a bad track pad/Cable? let me know what you guys think.
