I need a replacment screen for a 2019 13” macbook pro with 1.4 GHz and two thunderbolt 3 ports. Is it available?

That is going to be a very difficult part to locate.
My suggestion would be to contact Apple and ask for a “Flat Rate Depot Repair”.
This will retain your warranty (which you will lose if you to the repair yourself.
The repair may well cost you less than what you can buy the part for.
Call 1-800-MYAPPLE to get a quote. Total time usually runs five days as it ships by FedEx ground because of the battery. They will send you the shipping box.

Apple is very restrictive when it comes to seeking out replacement parts for their devices. You might have luck finding one on this website. https://store.rossmanngroup.com/
