Wi-Fi is greyed out only for about 5min after phone was turned off then turned on again, and after that 5min time, Wi-Fi is working as it should be, finding available Wi-Fi’s, have correct speeds etc. Is it mean Wi-Fi IC have to be replaced?

It would be hard to answer this question and I would not accept a repair like this.
My thoughts would be that since the Wi-Fi starts working after 5 minutes you could have a cracked or oxidised pad under the Wi-Fi IC. As the phone gets warm the connection comes back. You could try and test this by applying pressure to the Wi-Fi chip. If that fixes the problem you would just need to re-ball it.
It also could be a problem with your SCL or SDA lines. You would need to check all the pullup resistors.
In older models it was easy to replace the Wi-Fi chip but the 7 is more difficult. Sometimes the pads get pulled from the chip so you need to rebuild them, if you cannot you will have to put a new chip on which would mean unbinding the Wi-Fi address from the NAND.

Ok, understand what you saying but is that module responsible for Bluetooth connection as well? If so then why Bluetooth is working perfectly fine and is not greyed out after turning phone on. Problem is only with Wi-Fi. Can you confirm that the Wi-Fi/BT module is the one right at the top of the motherboard, if so I’ll have look into this by putting the pressure and see what will happen.
Yes Wi-Fi module is responsible for Bluetooth as well and it is the one on top off the board.
Brilliant, thank you for confirmation. But it’s strange they Wi-Fi is not working as is should be but BT is working fine despite being on the same chip.
Glad I could help. That chip has a city of other chips inside as well as fets, caps, filters diodes and resistors. It amazes you when you take the top layer off.
