Have apple phone virgin Both my self and husbands phones will not make or receive calls when in house , put just out side door and worked , tried everything virgin have told me to do when I called but no help one man even said change net work ,also told calls are by EE ( did not no this as took it virgin) that’s who I pay, can not get any help anywhere

Sounds like your house is on the edge of a cellular “dead zone” and stepping inside is just enough blockage to kill your signal completely.
