Mac fan has been running on max for a long time, even though nothing is running. Is. there any solution for this? The solutions i have tried are Apple Hardware Diagnostics, Reseting the mac and resetting SMC and PRAM. Doesn’t seem to work

Well the battery appears to be OK still has ~460 cycles left and your system is charging it so that's good.
At this point I would take the logic board out to inspect the back side as well as the trackpad area for any staining. I’m suspecting you either had a liquid spill at some point or you managed to get some cleaner under the trackpad. If you use a spray cleaner spraying it onto the case and then wiping it down you may have done your self in. I always recommend spraying the cloth and then wiping the system (as well as the display when cleaning it). What happens is the cleaner can drip between the gaps and wet exposed circuits causing problems.
Compare the guide pictures and what your system looks like. If you see anything that you suspect is damaged post a good picture for us to see as well. If you can’t see anything I would replace the trackpad MacBook Air 13" (Mid 2013-2017) Trackpad

This model MacBook Air is famous for over heating due to poor air flow and dust collection in the thermal ventilation system. If you follow this Guide:
MacBook Air 13" Early 2015 Heat Sink Replacement
It will show you how to clean the interior of the computer and apply new thermal paste to the heat sink. Be very very careful with this one. I have done a couple of these and they are delicate little creatures. The # 2 pentalobe screws on the back case strip extremely easily, so you may want to consider buying a new set up front. and buy high quality pentalobe driver bits, they make a world of difference. Also, after you assemble it, you must first plug it in using a 5 volt iPhone battery charger Via USB-A to USB-C, or it will not start. Follow this guide to the “LETTER.” I cannot stress this enough.
After that do not rest it on a blanket or anything soft that will obstruct the tiny vent on the bottom of the computer. I suggest getting a small platform for it so it has room to breath.

Thanks for the comment but I'm sure that there isn't a problem with dust being collected in there thermal ventilation system. Could there be any other solution?

Can you give us a bit more won what happened. Did you have a liquid spill at some point into the keyboard or trackpad?

Hey Dan, thanks for the comment. I posted the screenshot. What happened was that one day I took my Mac Air out of my bag and opened it. Next thing fan is going crazy and this has been happening for a while now. I use an app called Mac's Fan Control to control the fan from going crazy and making me crazy.
