No Boot. Red light next to processor & Fans on high!

I have a MacPro5,1 (2010) 6-Core running macOS Mojave. Did a recent update completed it and shutdown the system for the night. Turn it on the next day and the system fans go crazy on turbo, graphic card light up and a red light comes on next to the processor tray. No boot and fans stay on and remains loud on full speed. Any idea what’s going on?
