Temperature sensor error after replacing screen

Hey all,

I have a 13” macbook pro with touchbar and I've just replaced my screen with the correct part. I have encountered a few problems since, the fans are foing crazy, the backlight no longer works also the laptop is a lot slower than before, almost not useable. I used the guide for the 2017 touchbar macbook pro to replace. I'm no expert, but from looking around online it seems to be an error with the temp sensor. How would I fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
