After Display change display is only white
Hey after i changed my display, when i startet my iphone it was only white.
When i try my old, it works so what could it be ?

Was the phone off when you did the exchange? If the phone was just asleep, it can sometimes need to be reset to work with a new LCD. Turn the phone off with the working LCD, then do the swap.
If the phone was off and power cycling doesn't fixing the problem you may have bought a bunk Display. Where did you buy the Display? If it was from us, contact sales@ifixit.com to set up a return.

No need to reinstall old LCD!
In my case, the iPhone needed to be reset. Press down both Home- and PowerOn-Button till the apple appears (about 15 seconds).

should be ok. you definitely have a 3g and not a 3gs? They look similar..but the connectors don't fit.
