Why my phone is not turning on?
I have a black screen issue. My phone is off and not turning on. It also not charging. I have tried to hard reset it like 100 times. It’s not working.

Hello
You have probably a dead battery or a defective charger function (charger port or main board).
Try to change the battery (economically reasonable) .
