Screen reflector problem after sanitizer went inside of iPhone

I doubt you can clean it. You can replace the screen for about 20 to 30 dollars for a high quality screen if you change it yourself. If you change it make sure to watch a few repair videos on YouTube and make sure you disconnect the battery before you take the screen off or you could short cut the backlight circuit or damage something else. And the phone is supposed to be water resistant but the phone may have been opened before and not resealed. You could also have a crack on the screen. I always put the cleaner on the rag and then wipe the screen. You can purchase a new screen from ifixit and if it's out of stock I also use fixez.com for my parts. I hope this information helps.

Maybe your iPhone has been repaired and as you know after repair of any apple devices the waterproof guard is not working anymore. It happens because of the hermetic substrate which is deteriorated after a service.
