When the earphones are connected to the charger the usual white light switches on and stays like that for 2 seconds and then disappears again. This happens every time I plug it in. The usual light disappears after 2-3 seconds.

Try reseting them.

They aren't powering on. The only light I see is the white one which stays for 2-3 seconds just after plugging it to charge. I tried holding the power button for 10+ seconds but there was no indication of them resetting.
@Miz Uh oh... Have you tried powering them from a different source?
Also, are you in warranty? If not, note that opening this to diagnose with a polymeter is a really delicate procedure.
