Entire screen streaking & white ghosting on 12" MacBook (2017)
Does anyone have any idea what is going on with my screen?
When I plug in an external monitor, everything is fine, but the MacBook’s retina screen is completely wrecked.
I’m thinking it’s because I had a Mac mini sitting on top of it, and the heat and weight, might have damaged something.
Does anyone know how much this would be to fix at the Apple Store?

looks like panel failure. being that you had things on top of it, you may be able to chck and see if anything came loose in the connection. try to remove the cable, clean the contacts and reseat to see if that clears up. if not, other things can be tried, but more than likely youll replace the display.
