freezer is now not working its cold but not freezing

I brought a daewoo american fridge freezer off someone they showed us that it worked when collected transported it on its side (fridge side) waited 2 hours then plugged it in the fridge is working OK but the freezer is now not working its cold but not freezing can anyone help with this please
