Can I solder the wire from a J0 or J1 or J2 connector to the board?

The wire separated from the connector after I successfully replaced the track pad and keyboard and attempted to snap the j0 connector back on. I was so close to finishing!! I attempted to solder the wire to the connector, but it wouldn’t hold.

I purchased an iFixIt kit today to attempt to open up the clamps on the connector to insert the wire. I intend to use my iPhone camera to act as an oscillator scope. It works well, actually! Super challenging so far, so I’m wondering if I can solder the wire directly to the j0 end point on the logic board…
