Are A1706 and A2159 screens compatible
I have a non working MacBook Pro A1706 and wondered if I could swap the screen to my MacBook Pro A2159 (broken screen). Are they compatible?

Kenneth Benson sorry but no. Those are two completely different screens; different electrical layout and different connections etc.

Sadly COVID has disrupted the recycled parts supply, You’ll need to order a new one which will be more expensive. Here’s one source for the screen:
