This model was first available in January 2018. The Insignia Flex 10.1 NS-P10A8100 running Android 7.0 Nougat as its operating system. It has a 10.1 inch screen and up to 32GB of flash memory, and can be expanded with a microSD card.

We have hard reset the tablet an still stuck on the insignia screen an went into Recovery mode nothing works what should I do.
