Update (11/09/2020)

I was just wondering what are the advantages to reballing over reflowing.

@hyperknight033 very simplified a reflow is to heat the board enough to make the solder melt and "re-solder" the processor to the board. A reball is the process in which the processor is actually removed, and the tiny solder balls on the bottom of the processor are replaced. It requires proper tools and a "profile" as well as the right template on where to place the solder balls etc. With a reball you most commonly utilize it to replace the processor with a new one. Sadly enough, you will have a tough time finding new processors

@hyperknight033 this “some graphical errors and then the console will freeze” could have multiple reasons connected to your consoles HANA IC, South Bridge IC, as well as your RAM IC’s. I suggest that you use these guides, open your console and clean the air vents and fan properly of all collected dust and debris, change the thermal paste and try it out. If none of that works you may need consider a reflow or better a reball. Running your Xbox in this state “because it was very dusty “ is what most likely caused the damage
