Vertical lines on TV. [T-con board or panel?]

Hello,

I have a Hitachi 50r5. Recently a vertical line appeared on the screen, but bow there are hundreds of them of different colors. Depending on the image, the lines remain in one way or the other. After a quick research, I found out that it might be the t-con board, but in the videos and pictures I saw, the lines were just a few. I would like to know if you can tell if it is the t-con board or the LCD panel.

I opened the tv and checked if there was any loose ribbon cable in the t-con board but everything looked fine to me.

Edit 1: It is worth mentioning that when I unplug the TV and plugin it again, the lines don’t appear immediately, they fade in except for the long horizontal line, that line does appear instantly.
