My brother j6920 printer is dead. No power, no display, no warning

Has no power and will not power up. Power cable is ‘live’. Completely dead. Have tried the solutions with unplugging and paper trays to no avail.

I made a fast research and found that you may need to do the procedure that you mentioned 2 or 3 times before it works. Have you tried doing so?

Thank you Erik for the reply and yes I have tried these procedures several times. I am thinking there must be an internal fuse , or something, that might be blown. Anyone any thoughts.

Solution

I recommend changing the power supply to the printer and see if that works and check if there is any dust which could prevent from making the printer working
