I have bought an iphone 7 and I'm trying to remove the firmware and install new the bios the root, and apple firmware.

If it’s asking for the previous owner’s apple ID, known as activation lock, then you’re pretty much out of luck. There are services to remove it but they’re more expensive than the phone is worth. If you find it for really cheap then it’s a scam.
