Help! On Monday, my iPhone 7 was ran over. It fell out of my jacket pocket in the middle of the road and I didn’t realize it until I was far away from my phone. When I came back, luckily my phone didn’t suffer too much damage other than my front and back cameras not working. My otter box case saved most of it, which is why only the cameras stopped working. Does anyone know what happened?

You could start with replacing the front a rear cameras. If that doesn’t fix it, odds are you have board level damage due to flexing.
