Replacing usb board or port

I have Microsoft Surface Book first gen’s with usb ports getting physically loose. There is a iFixit instruction set on how to do the replacement, but no information on where to find the replacement usb boards or ports. Where can I find replacement usb ports, or the usb board for the Surface Book 1?
