Broken back glass and back camera lense XS max Apple

Hi , I have broken my back glass on my iPhone XS Max and the back camera lense only one of the lenses glass is broken but the camera it self is fine I’ve been putting it off going to the shopping centre to fix my

Phone but I’m to scared that my phone won’t be water resistant or they will do a bad job take parts out and put bad parts in Apple is charging way to much for my liking I’m not sure if the places at the shops will do a good job
