I like to know if it’s possible to upgrade the SSD on a MacBook Pro 2019.

Nope! The newer Touch Bar MacBook Pro’s from 2016 onward all have soldered RAM and storage.
The very last upgradable storage system was the 2016/17 Function Key models. The RAM was also soldered on them as well.
