Touch id and home button cause iPhone 7 in apple logo loop

Some days ago i clean the front and back body of iphone 7 with a wet cloth after some days it’s home button and touch id not work properly it works sometimes and sometimes it didn’t .when i restart the phone ,it stuck on apple logo loop.then i open to repair phone and i plug out the home button strip and plug in again ,it turn on without any problem and work good when i assemble and restart ,it again stuck on apple logo then i plug out the home button strip and iphone starts working good without home button. Now what should i do now ?should i replace it or can i fix it .
