How to repair the rear glass?

My samsung watch3 ,41mm sm-r850, got ran over by a truck and I need to replace the back glass, anybody got any tips, I can't even find where to buy one online… amazingly the frame and the screen and the strap are all fine.

  2. Pick broken glass off with tweezers

  4. Install glass using provided adhesive
