I need something to go on to help identify an item!

I need a basic recommendation/advice as to what an item is to go on for starters! Sincere apologies for the poor image quality (phone cam)! Out for my daily walk today I encountered a “left to the curb for any takers” next to new item(s). The quality is very high material and still in next to new condition! I’m thinking it’s some sort of bracket fitting set for something I probably have use for. I’ve got a large collection of fitting bolts etc. that could easily fit this like I have before with others. Anything to go on would be highly appreciated!!! If I don’t have use for it, I assure that I could have it be referred to a local charity etc. Thanks, Paul
