Why disconnecting face id and or vibrator makes my iPhone works again?

hi, so lately i notice some iphones from iphone x forward to iPhone xs max, have an issue when you restore them to iTunes and the error is 4013 and its unkwon, I google myself and found out that, if you disconnect the speaker / face id and vibrator you can restore it and use it.

but if you reconnect everything it gets stuck and ask to restore it to iTunes and the error 4013 appears only when you got everything connected.

i saw a video that says you need to do some soddering to the face id / speaker sensor but this case its the vibrator, does anyone knows the reason?
