Why won’t my HDMI extender cables work on my new monitor?
I’ve been using this extender cable on my old tv.
HDMI Switch,GANA 3 Port 4K HDMI Switch 3x1 Switch Splitter with Pigtail Cable Supports Full HD 4K 1080P 3D Player https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06VX1PKQ7/ref...
this is my new computer monitor:

when I turn on anything, be it Xbox, ps5, or PC all I get is a black screen, but if I use a regular cable with no attachments it works fine.
Any idea what kind of hdmi extender cable will work with my monitor? I’ve many things to attach but only one hdmi port, it’s a pain to always have to move my desk to change cables.
Bu iyi bir soru mu?

Maybe HDMI extender cable is defective. Have you tried each port in turn to see if any work? Tried all three switch positions?

@aactech I have tried all 3 ports. I have even tried a different extender, these:
7 Pack HDMI Angled Adapter Combo, 3 Pcs Vertical Flat Left & Right 90 Degree Angle and 4 Pcs 270 & 90 Degree Male to Female HDMI Adapter, Gold-Plated 3D Supported TV Connector https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VQ1V3R7/ref...
same problem.

Maybe HDMI versions?

I don't know but probably worth investigating.
