use the isopropyl alcohol to clean charge port of iPhone 7 because there was something stuck in the port it turned on fine but after leaving at Charging for the night it will no longer turn on. The alcohol may have got into the speaker. i used 99%.

i use 99% IPA all the time. for external cleaning, i always wait for full evaporation, sometimes i speed things along by putting it in my "server room" (i have a closet with a 24U server rack which generates a fair amount of heat). if i soak components in it, i'll leave it in the server room overnight before reassembling. given what you've stated though, there shouldn't have been any issue, even if some alcohol got into the speaker.
what i do need to ask is
1) how was the IPA applied? specifically was the bottom part of the phone dunked into it?
2) how as the port cleaned out? did you use a toothbrush, toothpick, metal dental tools?
if you have the tools, can you remove the pentalobes and open the screen to fully let the innards dry out?
unfortunately i'd need more details to come up with other ideas
