Was stuck on reboot loop and won’t complete a software reboot

Was stuck on reboot loop after trying to run an update last weekend and won’t complete a software reboot when connected to my MacBook or from Stormfront support.

They said it’s probably a hardware fault but can’t help what type of fault…. Any ideas as it’s £229 for Apple to help.

Am I buying a new iPad? :(
