Touch is not working after new screen replacement of water damaged.

I have replaced new service pack screen with water damaged Samsung Galaxy A90 5G phone. I washed with isopropyl alcohol and checked that all is good.

But new screen is showing display and receiving calls but touch is not working. Any idea what could be wrong?

Logic board damage or faulty screen, recheck the connector
