Xbox One X turns on doesnt display anything then turns of after about

I connected a battery charger to my xbox and accidentally connected the terminals backwards. After this the xbox turns on but there is no signal then it turns itself off after about 1 minute. I've already tried resetting the internal power supply and that hasn't worked and I cant do anything else without any display. If anyone has a solution or has fixed this problem before pls help I dont have the money right now to replace it or repair it so any ideas would be appreciated.
