SAMSUNG Washing Mashine WFS7802 not turning on

Hello,

my SAMSUNG WASHING Maschine (WFS7802) is not turning on anymore.

I already took it apart and i am a bit confused. But i ve seen that there are a few people around here with knowledge about these mashines.

I already figured a few things out. And i would like to know if my conclusions make sense to u guys.

I started with checking main Power i do get 230V messuring from Black on Power and Blue on Power Relay. By my understanding thats alright.

My mashine seems to be build simular - the colours are off. To get 230V on POWER it looks to me the the POWER RELAY must be activated and the DOOR LOCK SWITCH too. The thing is when i messure POWER I get ~26V AC. POWER RELAY is not activating. When i unplug the RELAY section on the right i get ~110V on the POWER Connector.

The other thing i found is that i get 230V on the housing of those big Capacitors on the left. That normal?

Could it be a faulty DOOR LOCK SWITCH? Or the POWER RELAY?
