How to recover data from SSD from MacBook that won't turn on

I recently spilt a latte on my MacBook Pro and it will not turn on. I think the SSD is undamaged however. How can I get the data off of this if the computer itself won’t turn on? It is possible to remove it from the enclosure and put it in to something else?

You can’t ;-{

This series storage is soldered directly to the logic board as you can see here:

The Green chips are the SSD chips, the T2 chip (Orange) also encrypts using a bunch of data scattered on the logic board so you can’t get to the data so even if you could desoldered chips you couldn’t use them in another system

So the data on SSD is encrypted? As far as the logic board wouldn't work, I can discard the logic board with the SSD and don't need to worry about data safety?

@Kuro Kurosaka - I would still cut the board and physically damage the flash chips (at least one) to be sure as tech is constantly getting better!
