Sharp 70" LC-70LE732U - Icon Flash 2 Long 3 Short - 3.3v PS Error

Hi...

Very handy and tech newbie here trying to learn to fix my TV that died after a lighting strike

SHARP LC-70LE732U
PSB = Delta DPS-222BP

Icon Flash 2 Long 3 Short

Manual states:
Power PWB Failure
Power supply error 2 (*2) D+3.3V error

D_POW
Digital 3.3V failure Flashes fast 3 times

DET_D3V3 (33pin) failure (L). Digital 3.3V is not applied.
If error is detected during start-up or operation, the power is turned on again by polling.

I've been reading on here and watching YT videos off and on for months trying to learn what I can.

Anyway I replaced the commonly recommend diode D7915 2x times now.
Error Reset TV and still getting error.

I am not sure where to go next to try to determine what seems to be causing it. I'd like to test the power and related components at certain points as the error specifically states what it is but I am not 100% where/how for this specifically.

Power Board looks ok. No burns or obviously damaged components. Caps "appear ok" no bulge or leaking, etc.

Was hoping someone might have some suggestions on what to do/test next for this error. Since it seems to be related to 3.3v issue I assume that narrows it down greatly, I hope.

Of course I have Multi Meters, and I also just got a DER DE-5000 ESR LCR to test some components in circuit, etc.

Thank you all in advance!
I REALLY REALLY appreciate any help and guidance!
Geo
