My front and rear cameras no longer work after replacing my screen.

I replaced my screen with a refurbished iPhone 11 screen, and now neither my front nor rear camera work. And when I open up the camera app, it is a black screen and the app is glitchy. I’ve tried opening a camera in different apps, hard reset, and flipping between front and rear facing, but that did not work. Is my screen faulty or could it have damaged something from the repair?
