I’m seriously about to throw my keurig away.

I have looked all over for answers for this Keurig with no luck and I’m getting extremely frustrated. My Keurig had cup settings for 4oz - 14oz and and a hot chocolate setting. I went without using it for a while and now the only options I have are 4oz and 6oz. I tried turning it off, resetting it, everything. I’m close to throwing it away but I really don’t want to if I can find some %#*@ answers about this thing! Can someone please help me before I lose my mind!?!?!?
