The usb-c snapped off while charging so I need to replace the ports
while the macbook was being charged the usb-c thunderbolt was snapped off please help how to replace the ports

If the external port is damaged you can replace the assembly! MacBook Pro (A1989, A1990, A2141, A2159, A2251, A2289, A2338 Mid 2018-2022) USB-C Board
You will need to fully remove the logic board as the assembly screws are under it and you need space to slide it out.
Carefully unscrew the metal port cover and lift it off and then lift the connection, you’ll also need to remove the rest of the cables and screws.

Can you take a picture of the motherboard where the ports snapped off and post it here? Adding images to an existing question

i cannot access anything as it will not power up sorry i can take a pic on my iphone but not sure how to add
would like to add its the usb that has snapped inside the port

@Peter Field First, take the photo in your Camera app. By your question, select Options>Edit. Put the text cursor at the end of your question. Now select the image button and select "Upload Images" (top left). Use the Files app to select a photo. Wait for the photo to upload. After the photo is uploaded, select the photo in the window. You should see [image[123456]] or something similar at the bottom of your post. Select "Preview Edit". Finally, select "Submit Edit".
