Hi so I was putting new screen protector on using 99% isopropyl alcohol and afterwards I noticed a green line that went then it came back with a few more and now is one purple line. It was fine in the morning but when I’ve been using my phone its came back I was also applying a lot of pressure on the screen protector for bubbles any ideas if it is the alcohol how to get it out.

Can to tell if this is just the effect from the screen protector? That maybe the case.
Otherwise you could have damaged your lcd and would need to be replaced to remove the lines completely.
