I replaced the cracked screen on my iphone 8 plus with an ifixit replacement screen (IF372-002-3). However the new screen does not light up or respond in any way. I swapped the old cracked apple screen back on, and that worked but after 3 times taking the ifixit screen off and back on, checking all the connections, etc. it still does not work. Any suggestions?

Since the original display still works but the replacement doesn’t, contact ifixit about the problem. It may be a faulty display
