WRS555SIHZ03 not making ice but water works

I have a Whirlpool side by side fridge with the fancy in door ice maker with the bin. This thing has quit making ice but the water works fine. I removed the filter, same issue. I made sure the line wasn’t kinked. I removed the bin and ran a hair dryer in there to see if it would melt whatever might be frozen. I made sure the temperature is at the correct setting (not too cold). I can hear the water line when it should feed the tray but I don’t hear any water. I’ve even opened the bin and saw the tray doing what it’s supposed to do, the arm comes down, the tray tips, etc. What is wrong with this? This happened before and I think it was frozen because it started working again on its own but that was about a year ago. What can I do???
