its less than yr old Asus x721e. was working fine battery drained charged would not come on power blinks 2timeslight once. black screen

What is the blue light indicator used for?
Only asking as your model doesn't appear on the official Asus website so I can't check the manual.
Please verify the model number of the laptop as well?
