No Wi-Fi on system

So the Wi-Fi on my friends PlayStation isn’t working, we are thinking it might be the Antenna, on top of her getting no Wi-Fi, her controllers disconnect from the system all of the time, I think the Bluetooth is starting to fail on on the antenna too.

Just wanted to see if anyone here has any other ideas
