Nope, all soldered shut together.
Replacing it involves unsoldering all SSD chips and replace them with another working set.

As you can see here in Step 6 MacBook Air 13" Retina 2018 Teardown the early 2020 is the same layout. The Yellow marked chips are the flash chips.
Its not really economical to replace the chips it's easier and cheaper to just replace the logic board. Do keep in mind the logic board has its limits of how much flash storage and require a curtain chips.
