I am looking online for a replacement headphone jack for my ipod and the only seller i could find lists them as "thin" or "thick" instead of 30gb or 60gb. I have a 60gb model and I don't want to spend a lot of my money on import fees and the sort. Which one is the right one?

"Thick" or "thin" has to do with the physical thickness of the hard drive. The 30GB drive is thinner than the 60 and 80GB drives, so the rear case has to be correspondingly larger to accommodate the extra size.
That, in turn, affects the dimensions of the components mounted on the rear case, including the battery, hold switch and headphone jack.
