Why is my workforce 435 making bad prints and jamming when printing

Printertest011DownloadMy workforce 435 is making bad prints no matter what I try, I also tried a nozzle check and I also did multiple print head cleanings. I have new ink cartridges put in for all colors. I only use plain letter sized paper for all of my prints and is set to print in letter on my laptop and on the printer. The blurry picture was a test page, then scanned into a pdf. and the clear one was a test page that I found on the internet, which i just inserted directly from that website.

Are the new cartridges made by Epson, or are they a generic brand? Generic cartridges malfunction with Epson printers because that's how Epson designs them:

I am using remanufactured cartridges, and have been using these kinds of cartridges for a long time and they worked fine, and randomly after some time it became like this, and I replaced these cartridges since I thought that it may be just old cartridges that was causing this, and it kept happening.
