How do I Restore & Erase an iPod Nano 6th generation Without a Computer? It says I need itunes help to restore but itunes doesn't recognize it.

Check/try a different USB cable and USB port or perhaps. Also charge the iPod with a wall charger first.

Try a RESET of the iPod

Look HERE and follow the troubleshooting guide to resolve the "not recognised" issue. Then you should be able to do a restore via iTunes.
