Hi,

I had a problem with rebooting (infinite) so I did a factory reset.

I am facing the same issue even after the factory reset.

Thanks,

There are a few things you can do to fix this issue:

Restart your phone: This is the first thing you should try when you see this error. Sometimes, the issue can be resolved simply by restarting your device. To do this, press and hold the power button until you see the power menu. From there, select "Restart."

Update your apps: Out-of-date apps can sometimes cause this error. To update your apps, open the Google Play Store and tap on the "My apps & games" section. From there, you'll see a list of apps that need to be updated. Tap on the "Update" button for each app to install the latest version.

Uninstall recently installed apps: If you started seeing this error after installing a new app, that app might be to blame. To uninstall an app, go to Settings > Apps and select the app you want to remove. Tap on the "Uninstall" button and confirm your decision.

Factory reset your phone: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting your device to its factory settings. This will erase all of your data, so make sure to back up your files before proceeding. To factory reset your phone, go to Settings > System > Reset and select "Factory Reset."

If you've tried all of these steps and you're still seeing the error, continue reading to see the step-by-step instructions or contact us for further assistance. We'll be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue and get your device up and running again.

This may help you,

I think it is based on the usage time of your phone, I had the same issue but on my note 9, after nearly 4 years my phone started lagging and the UI isn't as smooth as it used to be, I have tried multiple solutions like restarting and reset the factory and deleted some apps but still this kind of lags still happening especially after opening multiple apps at once, turned out that it is due hardware expiry and all these solutions just temporary at best.

buy another phone bro that is the only solution
